How can I determine if my Microsoft Windows 7 operating system is 32-bit or 64-bit? You can see if it is 32-bit or 64-bit by looking in the basic system information screen. In Windows 7, you may access this by going to Start > Control Panel. Select the option for System and Security, then System. Alternatively, you may right click on “Computer” from the Start Menu and select ‘Properties’ from the right click context menu. The version of your operating system will be listed under ‘System Type’.

How can I tell which version of Internet Explorer I am running? Go to the Help menu option (looks like a question mark) and then select About Internet Explorer. It will denote the version and if it is 64-bit.
Why are Internet Explorer 8 and 9 64-bit the only browser integrations supported by Quick View Plus 12 64-bit?
